At Lavish Nail Bar our policies are created for your safety and satisfaction. If you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied at any time during your visit please respectfully inform one of our staff members or reach our Management Team at (712)720-7000 and we will try our best to accommodate you.
As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly for your needs, we ask you to respect the following policies:

– We reserve the right to take the next customer if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment. The next available tech will help with your service.

– For any reason you are not satisfied with your service due to quality purposes, we will re-perform services within 7 days.

– Customers are responsible for their jewelry and personal belongings. Always bring your personal belongings with you when moving to a different station.

– We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings in the store.

– Refrain from shaving your legs at least 24 hours before getting pedicures.

– For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.

– Reschedule your appointment if the following conditions are present: Open Cuts, Sores, or Contagious Diseases. We reserve the right to refuse service.

– We love kids. However, we encourage clients to arrange babysitting in advance so you and other clients can fully enjoy our services. – No pets allowed except service animals.

– Please leave bad attitudes outside and treat our customers and technicians with respect and kindness.

– Callus removal is a continuous treatment, it cannot be cured at just one time, you have to follow the treatment, and depending on how bad your heels are, it might be more than 3 treatments to get you flawless heels.

• Courteous and professional service at every visit.
• Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
• Equipment and Supplies are disinfected, sanitized, and stored in hospital-grade autoclave pouch.
• Each client service will get a new pouch of supplies (no reuse of toe separators, buffers, files, or other porous supplies for your safety).
• No reuse of waxing stick when receiving waxing service.
• Liner will be provided for each pedicure.
• Complimentary wine/champagne/juice/tea will be served 1 glass per customer.
